Pregnancy Miracle Review - Lisa Olson Pregnancy Miracle

Why Is Pregnancy Miracle The Best Selling Infertility Cure Book In Internet History, With Thousands Of Satisfied (And Now Proud Mothers) Women In 127 Countries Worldwide?

Pregnancy Miracle is the #1 best selling infertility Cure ebook in the history of the Internet for a reason...

Thousands of women of almost every age have completely reversed any infertility issues they had and got pregnant naturally, without drugs, risky surgery or "magic potions" simply by using the clinically proven, scientifically-accurate step by step method found inside this amazing Pregnancy guidebook.

Lisa Olson, a certified nutritionist, health consultant and author has not just pumped out yet another "pregnancy program" into an already over-saturated market. Lisa's Pregnancy Miracle can be more accurately described as an "Pregnancy Bible." It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, complete, and precise guides to infertility freedom you will ever read. What makes it so much different than other pregnancy publications on the market?

Well FIRST of all, it's not just a "infertility help" program, it's an infertility cure program. This may seem like semantics or wordplay at first, but once you've read just the first chapters, there will be no doubt in your mind that pursuing "help with your pregnancy" is not only the wrong goal, it may be the reason that you've failed to get pregnant until now. Pregnancy Miracle shows you exactly why you should fix the internal problem that's hindering your chances of getting pregnant and then goes on to show you exactly how to do it.

SECONDLY, what makes Pregnancy Miracle different is the amount of attention that is paid to each and every element required to get pregnant the natural way. Pregnancy Miracle not only thoroughly discusses the lies, myths and fallacies surrounding a very confusing subject, it is simply the most detailed book about pregnancy and infertility, Chinese Medicine and holistic health ever written.

The Pregnancy Miracle book is quite extensive (250 pages of rock solid content) which focuses on 100 natural method for getting pregnant quickly. That means there aren't recommendations for harsh prescription drugs or surgeries with nasty side effects. In Pregnancy Miracle core formula section (The 3 step system) - Nothing is held back. In this section, Lisa gives a detailed overview of each step, and then dives into the specifics in a perfect chronological order. There are also outstanding charts and checklists which make it very easy to know where you are at in the program and follow it.

Because the Pregnancy Miracle program is not a quick fix fairy tale cure but a complete holistic solution aimed at eliminating the root cause of fertility problems(regardless of your age) and ensure your will get pregnant quickly, it does take work and persistence to complete. "The dictionary is the only place success comes before work" says Lisa, as she emphasizes the "no quick fix" philosophy behind the entire book.

If there is any drawback to the Pregnancy Miracle ebook, it's that it contains so much information, that some readers may find it a bit overwhelming. Those who are looking for a quick start type of pregnancy program, might be a bit intimated at first. The good part however, is that even these types of readers can feel confident and assured that it will be worth the effort because this will literally be the last book they ever have to buy on the subject.

Skin Allergy and Skin Allergy SympToms

Skin Allergy and Skin Allergy SympToms

There are various kinds of skin allergies commonly known. For the most, widely recognized skin allergy is Eczema. Atopic eczema links with asthma and hay fever. People of all ages are affected by them. My son has Eczema. He’s going to turn 3 in October. About 3 months after he was born, he developed baby acne all over his face. Even after about 6 weeks, the rash did not go away. That’s when I knew he had baby eczema. While getting diagnose was a relief, there was so much to learn about topical treatment creams and eczema creams and such. Now he’s almost three years old and I say he has improved so much dealing with eczema.

ECZEMA

Did you know that the word ‘Eczema’ comes from Greek words that mean ‘to boil over’? Eczema is also known as ‘atopic dermatitis’. This is a common condition. More than 15 million Americans have this condition and ten percent of that is children. There’s growing number of people diagnosed with Eczema. Lot of talk is that it’s due to increasing exposure to chemicals and other allergens. Eczema is due to very dry skin where itchy inflammation occurs. The more you scratch more inflammation that leads to possible skin infections will occur. Here are some of symptoms of skin allergies:

· Redness of skin
· Dry skin, where scratched areas become thickened
· Affected areas appear to have lumps or blisters
· Weeping or crusty deposits

Studies have shown that Atopic Eczema often occurs where there are families with a history of allergies but certain people just have eczema without the family history. Also related to eczema is stress.

Other reasons for eczema may be result of skin contact with a substance to which the individual is sensitive to. In some cases, a person may have chronic eczema without any known allergies. For these cases, a person needs to pay special attention to avoid contact with irritating chemicals, powders, cleaning agents, etc. Use of eczema creams will help to alleviate these symptoms.

TOPICAL TREATMENT AND ANTIHISTAMINE

Eczema patients have dry skin. In order to alleviate dry skin is use of eczema cream. Using the cream will hydrate your skin and keeps it healthy looking. Best eczema creams are available in herbal formulations. If eczema conditions are severe, prescription ointment/cream that has steroids will help to reduce inflammation.

Antihistamine helps with itching. It’s vital to keep fast acting antihistamine in the house to control the itching especially at bedtime to control scratching while sleeping. My son uses both steroid cream and Benadryl to help with his eczema.
Patients with eczema should avoid using harsh chemical in their personal care products. Often labeled for eczema user products does not include fragrance or harsh chemicals. Use of mild, non-drying soap and it’s known that liquid non-soap cleanser helps with sensitive skin.

HIVES

Hives can appear anywhere on the body. Hives are smooth, raised, red, pink or white bumps of varying sizes. Also you can get hives inside your throat. These hives are dangerous because it affects your breathing. Hives usually appear right away after allergic reaction. Common allergic reaction that cause hives come from:
· Drugs (antibiotics)
· Foods (fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, eggs, berries and food additives)
· Insect bites or stings
· Pollens, molds, animal hair which are inhalant allergens
· Contact allergens (chemicals, plant substances, skin creams, cat scratches, moth scales or even animal saliva)

While medications such as antihistamines are great treatment for hives it’s important to identify the cause for this allergic reaction. If for some reason, hives are not related to allergy, it’s difficult to find the cause.

Often in cases of skin allergies, a rash may break out on your face even though an allergen did not directly come in contact with your face. You can touch with your hands whatever you’re allergic to and then touch your face to have the breakout on your face. Skin on our hands is much thicker than our face, so the breakout on our face can have more severe reaction.

At anytime you can have allergic reaction even if you have been using the product before without a reaction. Consult with your physician or dermatologist for proper diagnose and treatment for skin allergies.

Food Allergies and Food Allergy Symptoms

Food Allergies and Food Allergy Symptoms

Most of us suffer from some type of allergy symptom. Among others, food allergies can be most troublesome because most of the time you’ll know you have food allergy when you have a reaction to certain food. There are various types of reactions and they need to be treated right away even if the symptom is mild. My son has food allergies. He’s allergic to milk, cheese and peanuts. We found out he has these allergies because he had an allergic reaction right after having these food items. Apparently the foods that he’s allergic to are included in top 10 most common dietary allergens.

Top 10 Most Common Food Allergen Substances

Eggs
Dairy
Peanuts
Tree nuts
Gluten / Wheat
Soy
Fish
Shellfish
Sulfites
Sesame

Symptoms

Food allergy symptoms occur within a few minutes to an hour after eating allergen foods. Food allergies can have mild reactions such as stomach upset or minor skin irritation but also can have severe reaction that can lead to life threatening reactions. If not treated properly even with a mild reaction, allergies can be more serious with repeated. If at all possible avoid the allergen.

Most common reactions are:
Mouth Tingling
Itching (Eczema) or Hives
Lip, face, tongue and throat swelling. (Can swell in other parts of the body)
Wheezing, nasal congestion or breathing problem
Coughing
Stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting
Dizziness, fainting, or lightheadedness

More serious reactions such as anaphylactic shock which is life-threatening
Constriction and tightening of airways
Swollen throat or a lump in your throat that makes it difficult to breathe
Shock
Blood pressure dropping rapidly and severly
Rapid pulse
Loss of consciousness
Untreated anaphylaxis can lead to coma or even death
Above symptoms require emergency treatment

Treatment

Most food allergies can be treated in many of the same ways as other allergic reactions by over the counter antihistamines. Antihistamines reduce reactions pretty fast.

Immunotherapy is another way to treat and reduce severity of food allergens. Seek counsels of allergist or immunologist for specific information regarding immunotherapy.

But if you are not aware of your allergens seek professional health provider. It’s good idea to see the doctor right after having an allergic reaction from eating certain food so they can better diagnose your symptoms. Also seek advice from allergist or immunologist about your food allergies.

Allergies can change over time lot of times due to your immune system levels. As time passes by you can lose some allergies and gain others. Be aware of how your body reacts to certain food and be health conscious to help avoid adding to your allergies.

Non Medicated Allergy Relief Allergy Solution

Non- Medicated Allergy Relief
Back when I was in high school, I was suffering from severe case of seasonal allergies. I could not open my eyes because they were too itchy and watery. But the real bother was the constant sneezing and runny nose. My mother swears that my nose got bigger during my high school years because I was blowing my nose constantly. Back in those days there weren’t that many medications out like these days where you can purchase over the counter allergy medicines and there are such varieties are out there to choose from. I went through all kinds of treatment for my symptoms but non really worked nor lasted long. To make the long story short, I suffered severly for about 10 years after and then decided to look for some alternate ways to treat my symptoms. If there were kinds of information that are offered now were available then I would have suffered less and my nose would have been saved from far less blowing.
All allergies come from lack of immune system. Unless it’s life threatening allergy symptom, there are many ways to boost and help with allergy symptoms without using medications. Our bodies tend to build tolerance from medications that we take. Before you know it you can end up taking two to three pills of ibuprofen when you use to take just one. By experience I know that taking medications only end up increasing to higher dosage in time. I have learned to take control of my allergies by taking natural remedies and ended up taking better care of myself. I am by no means against over the counter medications such as Claritin or zyrtec to relieve allergy symptoms but suffering from allergies for about 20 years now I have learned to take some alternate route for long term care for allergies. By taking natural remedies to control your allergies you are not only treating your allergy symptoms but you are also increasing your immune system which helps to prevent future possible illness down the line.

Natural Supplement for your allergies
First as I have mentioned above it’s important to start with boosting your immune system. The well known allergy supplement is Vitamin C with Quercitin. This combination works as natural antihistamine, which is a fast allergy relief. Vitamin C is great for immune booster. Vitamin supplements and herbs together can also act as strong relief remedies, but not many people are comfortable of herbs because they’re not as widely known to the public as vitamins. Here are some well known vitamin supplements:
Vitamin C w/bioflavonoids: Good supplement as natural antihistamine. It also provides adrenal support and act as immune booster. This is a must take supplement. Check out the right dosage prior to taking. Average adult can take up to 5000 mg daily. Because I’m small in size I take less than that.
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): It’s a good supplement for adrenal support. It’s a good supplement to take with others for immune booster and antihistamine. B5 is known to help with stress relief as well. Again check for the right dosage for your weight. You can take up to 1000 mg twice in a day.
Vitamin A: This is critical for those suffering from coughing and runny nose as your allergy symptoms. My son has these symptoms. Vitamin A reduces the inflammation that causes coughing. Also helps with your immune system. Check the right dosage for your weight.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids: You can combine this supplement with Vitamin A to help reduce allergic reactions. Check the right dosage for your weight. You can take up to 1000 mg daily.
There are some well known and easy to get herbal supplements that aid with allergies and cold symptoms. You can pretty much find these at local health food stores.
Licorice Root: You have probably heard of this regiment a lot. This herbal supplement helps to prduce hormones that fight against illness and allergies. Licorice Rot increases what’s called interferon which is chemical produced by your body that helps to fight viruses. This is a definite immune booster. Also helps to reduce inflammation caused by allergies and colds. You can purchase the licorice root tea and drink it 3 times a day.
Astragalus: Kind of like Licorice root which helps to produce body’s interferon and boost your immune system. This also increases your metabolism which may help you to loose weight as well. Increase in your immune system naturally will help to resist colds and flu like symptoms. Usually available in capsules follow the right dosage indicated from a bottle.
Capsocum: This has high in Vitamin C and quercitin which is a natural antihistamine. This supplement aids to give you more energy and known to help with respiratory infections such as bronchitis, asthma and cold symptoms. This too is available in capsules so follow the right dosage indicated from a bottle.
Eyebright; This supplement helps to reduce coughs, congestion from colds and allergies.
Immune System Booster Foods
Our immune system is vital to keep our bodies and mind healthy to fight off diseases, viruses, and bacteria. Boosting our immune system can help to reduce allergy symptoms as well. Eating healthy is always been the motto. But eating the right fruits and vegetables that has high dose of certain Vitamins that aid in colds and allergies will benefit along with right amount of natural supplements like vitamins and herbs. Eating vegetables and fruits have been known to help boost our energy and increase immune system. Here are some fruits and vegetables loaded with high amount of natural immune boosters:
Kiwi has high dose of Vitamin C and low in calories. 240% daily value for Vitamin C is included but only 45 calories per medium size kiwi. Also kiwi has good amount of potassium and dietary fiber.
Oranges are obviously known for high in vitamin C. 130% daily value for Vitamin C and also loaded with potassium. Oranges have low in calorie as well only 80 calories for medium size.
Grapefruit also has good amount of Vitamin C. Just half of grapefruit has 100% daily value for Vitamin C.
Cantaloupe has both good amount of Vitamin C & A. Just one fourth of a melon contains 120% of Vitamin A and 80% of the daily value of Vitamin C yet only has 50 calories.
Spinach has high antioxidants that help to boost immune system
Carrots as snacks are good source of Vitamin A and enough fibers for regular diet. There’s 110% of the daily value for Vitamin A and good amount of potassium.
Broccoli has very good source of Vitamin C just one stalk contains 220% of the daily value of Vitamin C and also loaded with potassium and dietary fiber.
Sweet Potato contains 120% of daily value for Vitamin A in just one medium sized potato. Also sweet potato is loaded with potassium and dietary fiber.
These days seasonal allergy has gone and it’s more like year round allergy. With enough pollens and polluted air that we breath, it’s unlikely that you will be singled out not suffering from known symptoms of allergies. Take a look at simple ways to boost your energy and immune system to help you take control of these symptoms. Sufferers like me who have been struggling through the long hall have been looking toward more natural ways to ease the reactions of allergies. I have to say last 10 years have been much more bearable than the 10 years prior since I have tried these natural supplements and eating the right immune booster foods in my diet. Hope you all can be relieved from your allergies.
